PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost probe cover manufactured in a simple method with a uniform thickness in the part that covers the top end of the probe, its manufacturing equipment and method. SOLUTION: A probe cover comprising a ring-like shaped member 12 and a bag 14 made of a plastic film, wherein an opening part of the bag 14 is adhered to circumference of the ring member 12.
