PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film-fixing device which can stably and easily fix a film without damaging the film. SOLUTION: This film-fixing device is provided with a holding rail which has a dent portion comprising an opening and a holding chamber and is fixed to the film of a green house, and an expansion device whose at least one portion is received in the dent portion in a state nipping the film between the expansion device and the holding rail and can be expanded by an outer operation in the holding chamber. The expansion device is provided with an expansion portion which can be inserted from the opening of the dent portion into the holding chamber and can be expanded so that a pair of the side walls are brought into contact with both the side surfaces of the holding chamber in the holding chamber, an operation portion which can be received in the expansion member, has a sliding member extended in the longitudinal direction of the expansion portion and an interlocking member interlocked with the sliding member, and can operate the sliding member and the interlocking member through an expansion-doubling mechanism to expand the expansion portion in the received state, and an operation portion for driving the expansion-doubling mechanism through an operation-doubling mechanism by an outer operation.
