PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve energy saving effect by efficiently performing the heat transfer from the concentration part side to the recovering part side in a distillation column and the gas-liquid contact of the descending liquid with the ascending vapor in a concentration part in the case of using the concentration part as a packet column system.
