DEFLECTING UNIT OF DISPLAY DEVICE

PURPOSE: A deflecting unit of a display device is provided to improve an image equality by a stable deflecting operation of an electron beam. CONSTITUTION: A cathode ray tube(10) includes a screen(11) and a neck(12). A phosphor film is coated on the screen(11). The neck(12) has an electron gun(13) mounted therein. A deflecting section(20) is installed at the neck(12) of the cathode ray tube(10). The deflecting section(20) deflects an electron beam injected from the electron gun(13) toward the screen(11). The deflecting section(20) is inserted into the neck(12) of the cathode ray tube(10) through a cylindrical neck section(21). Two guide projections are extended from a peripheral surface of the neck section(21) of the deflecting section(20). The deflecting section(20) includes a deflection yoke for deflecting the electron beam in vertical and horizontal directions.
