AUTOMATIC CHARCOAL MANUFACTURING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: An automatic charcoal manufacturing system having a noble structure is provided which not only efficiently produces products of high quality but also substantially reduces production cost by producing products in the automated processes, thereby enabling integrated production thereof. CONSTITUTION: The automatic charcoal manufacturing system comprises a first crushing step(A) of obtaining required particle sized wooden chips by separating metallic materials or other alien materials as crushing waste wood for one or more times; a carbonization step(B) of carbonizing the wooden chips by injecting the crushed wooden chips into a sealed carbonization tank; a second crushing step(C) of crushing the carbonized charcoal; a weighing step(D) of weighing a subsidiary raw materials including an adhesive and a complexing agent in a certain ratio; a cooking step(E) of forming the mixture into a glutinous dough by heating the materials as putting water or steam into the mixture after mixing the weighed raw materials; a forming step(F) of forming the dough into a certain shape after injecting the dough into a forming machine; and a drying step(G) of drying the charcoal by charging the formed charcoal into a drying chamber(710), wherein a carbonization gas generated from the carbonization tank is recovered into a hot air generator so as to be incinerated, and a hot air generated from the hot air generator is injected into the drying chamber(710).
