SCISSORS WITH HOUSING CASE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make scissors easily usable and to simplify the lock structure of the scissors. SOLUTION: A main body 3 of the scissors is supported to a housing case 2 by a rotating support mechanism M to be in the stored condition, in the most projecting condition or in the middle projecting condition Q between them. As the rotating support mechanism M, a fixing support part is formed in the housing case 2 and a movable support part is formed in the main body 3. The lock structure adopted in the scissors is only to engage/disengage an uneven fixing lock part (projection and gap) in the sliding part formed by the fixing support part and an uneven movable lock part (projection and gap) in the sliding part formed by the movable support part with/from each other by making them face to each other in response to the projecting/retracting rotation of the main body 3. The main body 3 can be locked in the stored condition and securely held, and the main body 3 can be opened/closed at a position securely determined by locking the main body 3 on the housing case 2 in the most projecting condition or in the middle projecting condition Q.
