The accumulation capacitor provides electric power supply of the impulse coordination unit by means of low-power power supply source. It enables one to form high stability active electrode heating impulses. The electronic control unit has analog-to-digital converter and microprocessor unit controlling operation of the charging unit useable for controlling heat impulse power magnitude.
