ERECTING METHOD OF CAST-IN-GROUND PILE

An invention refers to the area of building of bases and foundations and can be applied when erecting cast-in-place piles of monolithic concrete, said piles being made without using casing tubes or order housings. The purpose of an invention is to simplify the making of piles in the cases of non-water-saturated and dry ground, as well as to raise the carrying capacity of these piles. The making of a pile (fig.2) involves passing a well (1) in the ground (2), forming a protective shell (3), filling the well with a working material (4) and its compacting. Passing the well (1) is realised by means of a pneumopunch (5) with a reversal propulsion unit. The said pneumopunch (5) is installed in the guiding pipe of a starting device (6), front face of the pneumopunch (5) being directed to the ground (2) while its end face is connected to a cable (7). Besides, the pneumopunch (5) is dipped in the ground (2) for the design depth H1 and then extracted to the surface. The said well (1) is filled by the working material (4) in which the said pneumopunch (5) is dipped and extracted. To form an expansion in the trunk (8) of a pile, the pneumopunch (5) is dipped in the ground (2) for the designed depth H2 of the expansion stage (9) and then is extracted to the surface. Then the well (1) is filled with the working material (4) up to height H3 of the expansion stage (9), the pneumopunch (5) being dipped into the working material and extracted from there. After expanding the pile trunk (8) up to the design diameter D1, the well (1) is reinforced by metallic rods (10) and filled with the working material (4). A modification is possible when the well (1) is filled with the working material (4) into which reinforcement is rammed down, the reinforcement being in the form of a metallic tube (11) with an open end face or in the form of a tube (12) with a closed end face, the cavity of the said tube (12) being filled with a concrete solution (13). The piles moulded in the ground with using a pneumopunch possess a high specific carrying capacity. The technology of making the piles with expansions allows for moulding a part of the pile cross-section immediately under the base of the existing foundation.
