SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivatives of arylalkyldiazinones of the formula (I) where B means unsubstituted pyridyl, pyrazinyl, isoxazolyl or thienyl; Q means CH2; X means CH2 or S; R1 and R2 each means H; R3 means OR5; R4 means OA; R5 means A or cyclocalyl with 4-6 C-atoms; A means alkyl with 1-6 C-atoms, and also their physiologically acceptable salts. Compounds show inhibitory effect on activity of phosphodiesterase-IV and can be used for treatment of patients with inflammatory processes, allergy and asthma. Invention describes also method of synthesis of arylalkyldiazinones, pharmaceutical composition based on thereof and method of composition preparing.
