SUBSTANCE: the air-dynamic control actuator has a body of the actuating motor with working chambers separated by the rotating blade coupled to the axle of the control surfaces, and a rotary electromagnet with a disk distribution device provided with two pairs of fixed and movable disks. The fixed disks are aligned and attached to the body lugs symmetrical relative to the blade axle, which have cylindrical cavities linked through flowing channels, each to its own working chamber. The area of each channel, as well that of the axial section of the cylindrical cavity, is not less than the maximum area of the flow section of perforated disk. The movable dicks are installed on the ends of the axle of the rotary electromagnet in alignment with the fixed disks, they are made with the same diameter and have radial bosses, whose ends carry a flexible plate, fastened to the body in the middle part by an adjusting screw.
