SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes charging and accumulating bins with unloading mechanisms, passages for initial and cleaned gases, as well as reaction columns made in form of coils from vertical pipes interconnected by means of smooth adapters. Gas turbulators are mounted at the beginning of each straight section of coil. Inlet end of coil is provided with mixer for supply of flue gases or hot air, as well as for supply of dust-like fraction of sorbent. Outlet end of coil is tangentially connected to cyclone separator and its funnel is combined with accumulating bin for prepared sorbent whose outlet part is connected with feeder. Separator is connected with flue gas and air discharge T-piece by means of pipe line; T-piece is used for discharge of flue gases and air to smoke exhauster and to condenser through heat exchanger which is provided with water supply and discharge branch pipes, diluted nitric acid drain branch pipe, saturated steam supply branch pipe and air discharge branch pipe. Besides that, device is provided with replenishing bin which is connected with accumulating bin and drying unit fitted with air supply and discharge branch pipes which is mechanically linked with replenishing bin through belt conveyer. Device is provided with raw sorbent bin which is connected with drying unit through second belt conveyer. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of gas cleaning process. 2 cl, 1 dwg
