PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a processing time, and to efficiently use a memory on a computer system in which multiple small systems for executing a program while down-loading it are operated. SOLUTION: In the computer system, multiple small systems for executing an intermediate code program down-loaded by a program unit by converting it into the native code of a machine are constituted on one machine. This computer system is provided with a program unit manager 15 for registering management information including intrinsic ID of program units converted into the native code, and stored in a memory and an address on the memory, and for offering the management information to each small system is response to a request and a program unit registering means for registering the management information of the program units in the program unit manager 15 when the small system down-loads the program unit from the outside part, and converts it into the native code, and stores it in a memory 12. In this case, the program unit manager 15 shares the program units already stored in the memory for the same program unit requested by each small system.
