PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary body driving device by which high image quality is obtained in a driving transmission system by a belt and an image forming device using it. SOLUTION: The rotary driving device 1 is provided with an image carrier drum 6, a drum shaft 7, a drum shaft pulley 5, a fly wheel 8 attached to the drum shaft 7, a driving motor 2, a motor shaft pulley 3 and a timing belt 4 laid over the drum shaft pulley 5 and the motor shaft pulley 3. In the device, a torsional vibration frequency fsh in the shaft and a flange in an image carrier drum system and a relative vibration frequency fbe generated by a timing belt 4 for connecting the image carrier drum system with a driving motor system are set not to coincide with the rotation frequency fmo of the driving motor 2 and not to exist in the neighborhood of fmo. |
