PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving circuit which is simple and has a small area. SOLUTION: The driving circuit is provided with a shift register circuit having plural register circuits that have serially connected clocked inverter circuits and inverter circuits and plural latch circuits having first n type Trs in which sources and drains are serially connected, second n type Trs, p type Trs and a data holding circuit. The clocked inverter circuits and the inverter circuits generate signals based on clock signals and start pulses, output signals to the register circuits adjacent to the register circuit and the gate electrodes of the first n type Trs. The p type Trs input a first voltage to the data holing circuit by Res to their gate electrodes. Based on the signals, the second n type Trs take in data, output the data to the source or the drain of the first n type Trs. Signals from adjacent register circuits to the register circuit are outputted to the gate electrodes of the first n type Trs. |
