PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-way customer information collection and distribution system that is combined with a two-way television broadcasting service system. SOLUTION: This system is composed of a receiving part 2 which is connected to a two-way television broadcasting service system 22 through a telephone line 26 and receives communication of a customer which is transmitted from the system 22, a data collecting part 8 that collects customer information such as a materials request and an order transmitted through the system 22, a data converting part 9 which converts the customer information such as the materials request, the order, etc., collected by the part 8 into text data as necessary, a database managing part 12 which stores the customer information of the collected materials request and order, etc., in a prescribed format in a database, a data accumulating and analyzing 13 which reads, accumulates and analyzes the customer information of the materials request and the order stored in the database, and a means 14 which outputs a transmission instruction of the materials request and ordered merchandise that are accumulated and analyzed. |
