PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retrieving method which can speedily retrieve target data from a large amount of data. SOLUTION: The time of photography of an image and the number of photographs are graphed and the time of creation of documents, the time of update, and the number of the documents are graphed. Those graphs are provided with input parts for a mouse and a keyboard and detailed information can be retrieved from the graphs. Further, the detailed information on a picked graph is listed and displayed.
