PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-water supplier for a bath, which is provided with a function, detecting the abnormality of a bathing person and alarming it while capable of coping with the same quickly. SOLUTION: A bath remote controller 19 for a bath hot-water supplier is equipped with a human detecting sensor 17. The human detecting sensor 17 detects the position, posture or the tilting of a bathing person in a bathroom. Further, a kitchen remote controller 21 and the bath remote controller 19 are equipped respectively with an alarming means. These remote controllers output an alarm upon detecting the abnormality of a bathing person, such as tilting or non-movable condition of the same. Further, the bath remote controller 19 is provided with a communication means connected to an external communication circuit 29. When an abnormality occurs, the abnormality is informed automatically to an acquaintance, a doctor, a fire station, a security company or the like through the external communication circuit whereby the abnormality can be informed simply even when the person is living alone.
