PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily prevent the influence of offset load of a rotary table 2. SOLUTION: A flow rate Q of the pressure oil supplied to a pocket 11 is controlled by changing a discharge amount of a fixed quantity discharging pump 13, by controlling the number of rotation of a servo motor 16 to constantly keep a gap amount (h±Δh) detected by a gap sensor 14 to be a determined gap amount (h), and the influence of the offset load of the rotary table 2 can be prevented easily by keeping the gap amount between the bed 1 side and the rotary table 2 side to the determined gap amount (h) even though the offset load is made to act by the action of the moment, on the basis of the centrifugal force and a height of the center of gravity caused by the shift in the center of gravity of a work from the center of rotation.
