PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and effectively cool a control electronic part of a motor for driving a motor fan. SOLUTION: This motor fan has a centrifugal blade type impeller driven by a motor and a control circuit integrally and fixedly arranged with the motor for controlling rotation of the motor, a casing for constituting the motor is integrally provided with an installing part of the control circuit, and a heat sink of a heating electronic part for constituting the control circuit is formed or juxtaposed in the installing part vicinity.
