PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly efficiently capture cigarette smoke generated by smoking and to prevent pollution of indoor air. SOLUTION: This air cleaning device comprises an air intake passage 3, an air discharge passage 4, an air inlet 6 opening sideways at the upper side of the intake passage 3, and a turbo fin 5 having blades 7 annularly arranged at the periphery of the opening part of the air inlet 6 at a given angle and connected to the discharge passage 4. The lower end of the intake passage 3 is connected to the suction side of a suction device 17 and the lower end of the discharge passage 4 is connected to the discharge side of the suction device 17. Cigarette smoke is captured by a revolution flow generated by the turbo fin 5 and sucked and excluded through the air inlet 6. |
