PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of eliminating the occurrence of deviation among printed images by accurately making synchronously rotate an image carrier and an endless belt. SOLUTION: When a motor 207 is turned on and an output gear 208 attached and fixed to the output shaft 207a of the motor 207 is rotated, the rotation of the shaft 207a is transmitted to the driving roller 204 of an intermediate transfer belt 201 through a belt driving gear 206 meshed with the gear 208. Thus, the belt 201 is moved in circulation and respective photoreceptors 101Y, 101M, 101C and 101Bk axially supported so as to be freely rotated are rotated in accordance with the movement of the belt 201 when they are brought into contact with the belt 201. Therefore, since the photoreceptors 101Y, 101M, 101C and 101Bk are surely brought into contact with the belt 201 and rotated in accordance with it, the respective photoreceptors and the intermediate transfer belt are accurately rotated synchronously with each other. |
