PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera control system which enables a user to easily specify an area where photography desires to be limited. SOLUTION: This camera control system is equipped with a camera server device 1, having a reception and distribution part 15 which receives and distributes video from a camera 11 and a control part 13 which controls the camera, a client device 2 having a display part 26 which displays the video from the camera server device and an operation part 23 for remotely operating the camera control of the camera server device, and a network 4 which connects the camera server device and camera control system to each other, and the client device 2 controls the camera 11 by using a panoramic image, which is photographed by the camera 11 and composed by the camera server device 1.
