PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic camera that can simply and immediately photograph an object under a desired photographing condition. SOLUTION: The electronic camera is provided with a storage means 57 that stores 1st and 2nd operating conditions, a selection means 53d that selects the 1st operating condition or the 2nd operating condition, and a setting means 50 that sets the camera operation according to the 1st or 2nd condition selected by the selection means at application of power.
