PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor and an image forming device facilitating handling of image data by equalizing respective data widths of the image data developed by plural resolution. SOLUTION: Inputted image information is developed by the resolution higher than basic resolution except for the basic resolution and a high resolution bit map pattern is coordinated with a prescribed number of pattern numbers to execute conversion to equalize the data width of pattern data expressing the pattern number with the data width of density data of data developed by the basic resolution to equalize the data width of image data developed by the basic resolution with that of image data developed by high resolution.
