PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a circuit scale and also power consumption in case of corresponding to a music distribution service in addition to the transmission and reception of a telephone voice. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an A/D converter 101 converting an analog signal for transmission into a digital signal for transmission, a digital filter 109 which performs thinning processing of a 1st output and derives the 1st output externally when the 1st output of a multiplexer 111 is the output of the converter 101, performs interpolation processing of a 2nd output of a multiplexer 112 and can process the 1st and 2nd outputs in time division, a D/A converter 104 converting a digital signal for an R-ch audio which is subjected to interpolation processing in the filter 109 into an analog signal, and a D/A converter 103 converting either a digital signal for an L-ch audio which is subjected to interpolation processing in the filter 109 or a digital signal for reception into an analog signal.
