PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dryer improving drying quality, having a small size and low cost and being easy for even a small- and medium sized factory to introduce in order for plant wastes to be recycled as food or feeds. SOLUTION: Efficiency per unit volume for milling and drying is increased by a method wherein drying is performed by air stream with centrifugal classification for enabling miniaturization and low cost of a dryer, medium balls are disposed inside a drying chamber for milling and drying, and sizes of objects to be dried and the medium balls are restricted by being allowed to pass through a conical, narrow part provided in the drying chamber. |
