PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for determining selling at ease for both a seller and a buyer while utilizing an internet. SOLUTION: Plural clients access a data center 10 on an internet 30 from respective terminals 20 through a communication network 22 and the seats on an event site are sold. The data center 10 accepts a reservation for each clients from the plural terminals 20 only during a prescribed period. After the lapse of the prescribed period, a lot is drawn for determining selling concerning the reservation for each of clients and the determination of selling is reported to a winner determined by drawing lots.
