PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shop control system, a shop control method and a recording medium, which are capable of managing and controlling efficiently respective instruments such as showcases, air conditioners and illuminating instruments, which are arranged in a shop, from the outside of the shop. SOLUTION: Respective independent system controllers are provided in respective instrument systems such as showcases 203, air conditioners 208 and illuminating instruments in respective shops A-C to connect the same to the center of shops 12, a service center 13 and the like through an NA(network adapter) 201, a router 11a and a public circuit network 10, whereby various kinds of instruments are controlled and managed based on the transmission and reception of data between these centers. |
