<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm whether the cap of a PET bottle is tightened completely up to a required angle by a torque wrench and whether the cap is tightened up to the required angle properly. SOLUTION: In this inspection system for an inspection apparatus, the thread- cutting starting position of a cap and that of a bottle are made visible from the outside, their stop positions are measured by an image processing operation, and, when the positions are within a tolerance, they are regarded as nondefective.</p> |
