PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impress proper signals to different kinds of product groups using a common tester to inspect products by changing probes for inspection to be conformed with the inspected products, when inspecting the plural product groups for the inspection of which different probes have to be used. SOLUTION: Prescribed connectors 4A, 4B having the probes 3A, 3B corresponding to the inspected products 1A, 1B are connected to connection terminals 21-28 of the tester 2 to inspect the products 1A, 1B, using the tester 2 provided with a signal generating circuit for inspecting the plural kinds of products 1A, 1B respectively and the terminals 21-28 therefor, and using the connectors 4A, 4B having, in their one-ends, terminals (connection pins) 41-48 electrically connectable to the connection terminals 21-28 of the signal generation circuit corresponding to the kinds of the products, and having the probes 3A, 3B corresponding to the products in their other ends.
