PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing material easy to mount and dismount, an air conditioner panel easy to disassemble at low cost, and an air conditioner. SOLUTION: A one-piece sealing material 36 is formed with the shape of each of an air conditioner panel 13, the back surface RS of the air conditioner panel 13 facing the facing surface of an air conditioner body and the lower edge surface of the air conditioner body by bonding together the recycled chip material of ether polyurethane by a urethane adhesive in a predetermined mold. The one-piece sealing material 36 is bonded and fastened by set screws 28 to the whole surface of the back surface RS of the air conditioner panel 13 except for an intake opening part 25 and an outlet opening part 26. Thereby, the air-tightness around the intake hole of the air conditioner and the outer circumference part 27 of the air conditioner panel 13 and the air-tightness and thermal insulation around the outlet hole of the air conditioner are secured.
