SOLUTION: A timetable preparing device 3 automatically prepares timetable data and stores the timetable data in a storage medium 307b. When communication equipment 305 receives designated data of a timetable transmitted from the timetable issuing device 2, the timetable data corresponding to the designated data are read from the medium 307b and transmitted to the device 2 of the transmitting source of the designated data. Each timetable issuing device 2 stores received timetable data in the timetable data memory 204b of a RAM 204 and outputs the received timetable data according to an output instruction.
