<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact sludge-incinerating device that can efficiently incinerate sludge. SOLUTION: Sludge 10 is divided into a dried object 10a and an exhaust gas 10b in a drying cylinder 16 by pressurized air and hot wind, and the dried object 10a is discharged from the drying cylinder 16 to an incinerator 17, thus crushing the sludge 10 to pieces in the drying cylinder 16, carrying out drying so that surface area becomes large, performing adjustment to characteristics suitable for incineration, and hence improving combustion efficiency when incinerating the dried object 10a in the incinerator 17.</p> |
