Another version of the device is provided with whole cell casing combined with the additional cavity. The casing notch is covered with film transparent for ultraviolet radiation. The third version is distinguished by cell casing transparent for ultraviolet radiation that has cross- section in the area of ultraviolet radiation passage that is less than in the rest part of the casing.
