PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the constitution of an ultrasonic-wave generation source and moreover an ultrasonic-wave medical treatment equipment device in which a focus area is substantially expanded by generating ultrasonic waves by adjacent vibrators in opposite-phase relation and to prevent discharging between the electrodes of the adjacent vibrators. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic-wave generation source 2 is composed of vibrators 101 to 112, and at least one of the vibrators 101 to 112 is arranged so that its polarizing direction is opposite from those of other ultrasonic wave generating elements.
