PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic interference shut off cover which is capable of effectively shutting out electromagnetic interference, when an image pickup device is used in a strong electric field environment. SOLUTION: An insulating cloth 3 is provided on each surface of a middle conductive cloth layer 2 in one piece for the formation of a conductive sheet 1 of a sandwich structure, by which a bag-like electromagnetic interference shutoff cover 50 having an opening 12 through which an image pickup device 20 is loaded or unloaded is formed. In a state, where the image pickup device 20 is housed in the cover 50, a finder window hole 13 is formed at a position corresponding to a finder 13, and indexes 14 and 15 which indicate specific controls are attached at positions corresponding to control sections 26 and 27.
