PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure that a terminal cover is fixed. SOLUTION: In a metal case 2 there is stored a synthetic resin terminal cover 10 for electrically insulating a section between a terminal 8 and the first metal plate 3. On the terminal cover there is provided a projecting position- fixing rib 10f. The terminal cover 10 can be positioned and fixed relative to the first metal piece 3 by fitting the cover into a fitting groove 3g provided in a main piece 3a of the first metal plate 3. As a result, the terminal cover 10 can be rigidly fixed relative to the metal case 2. This causes the looseness of the terminal cover 10 to be controlled, thereby facilitating inserting the inside conductor of the coaxial cable for input for input into the first receiving portion 8a and connecting the same to the receiving portion.
