PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unnecessitate date-designated data extraction processing that retrieves all of the customer data of a customer data file by registering customer data extracted from a buffer in the customer data file and also registering requested date-designated data in a date-designated data file. SOLUTION: The customer data given from an input device 1 are stored in the buffer 23. A customer data registering means 21 fetches the customer data from the buffer 23 and registers the customer data in the customer data file 31. Further, a date-designated data registering means 22 fetches the customer data existing in the buffer 23, calculates a date from the item contents of the fetched customer data to prepare the date-designated data and registers the date-designated data in the date-designated data file 32. Thus, the date- designated data are registered in the file 32 with the calculated date as a key. Finally, the date-designated data of processing results are outputted to an output device 4 and the processing is finished.
