PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nondestructive inside inspection apparatus, for an egg, by which the intensity and the reference of light transmitted through the egg can be obtained surely even when a conveyance device which sandwiches a plurality of eggs so as to be conveyed is provided and by which the inside of the egg can be inspected with high accuracy. SOLUTION: When a computing machine 3 judges that an egg E reaches a measuring position, an electric signal which is output by a light receiving device 2 is fetched at prescrived intervals. A first signal which is related to light transmitted through an extinction filter 6b and which is related to incident light containing external light is obtained. A second signal related to incident light containing only external light in which light radiated from a projector 1 is shut off is obtained. A third signal which is related to light radiated from the projector 1 and which is related to incident light containing external light is obtained. When the value of the first signal is at a threshold value or lower, the computing machine 3 judges that the egg E exists in the measuring position. The computing machine 3 reads out a reference which is updated just before, and whether the inside abnormality of the egg E exists or not is judged on the basis of a correction difference signal wherein the value of a difference signal which subtracts the second signal from the third signal is divided by the reference.
