PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a ventilating device, reduced in the variety of air send-out direction and the air is sent out into a direction orthogonal to the device substantially. SOLUTION: In a ventilating device, wherein air, sucked from an air suction port, is sent out through an air send-out port, the air send-out port is constituted of a plurality of sections, provided on the air passage wall surface, while the air, flowing in the axial direction of the duct, is sent out after changing the direction of the same into a direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the duct by respective flow regulating plates provided respectively so as to cope with the widths of respective air send-out ports in the duct. Accordingly, a ventilating device, reduced in the variety of send-out direction of air and sending out the air into a direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the duct substantially, can be obtained.
