PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize floor heating without indoor powder source for a heater, piping for circulating hot water and the like which were conventionally necessary for heating the floor surface of a building. SOLUTION: An outdoor heater produces air having an appropriate temperature and introduces it under the floor of a building to perform floor heating without installing the power source, piping and the like indoors.
