PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly manage the delivery of a paper terminal for customer call to be delivered to a customer when ordering a commodity and to be collected from the customer when all commodities are completely provided. SOLUTION: A customer file is prepared for adding a status showing a non- provided state to each article codes of all ordered commodities when receiving an order and for storing the status together with the identification code of the paper terminal by customers. When an commodity can be provided, then relevant status is updated from non-provided state to provided state to provision enable state. When delivering a commodity, the relevant status on the provision enable state is updated into delivered state. When the identification date of the paper terminal collected from the customer are inputted, it is judged whether all the statuses in the customer file containing that identification code are in the delivered state or not. When at least one status is not in the delivered state, the collection error of the paper terminal is reported. |
