SOLUTION: In the system effectively utilizing the internet composed of a depositor 1, an information providing company 2 and each of banks 3, the depositor inputs required conditions to the form of the home page of the information providing company and transmits these conditions. The information providing company, which receives the transmission, transmits the conditions of the depositor to each of banks by mail 5. Each of banks, where the transmission is received, transmits tender conditions 6 to the information providing company by mail. The information providing company, which receives the transmission, transmits the tender rate of each of banks to the depositor by mail 7. The depositor considers the tender rate and presents the bank to be contacted to the information providing company by mail. The information providing company, which receives the presentation, presents 9 contract information to the determined bank.
