<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with detachment work in burying a swing expansive universal pipe joint in the ground by releasing lock to the pipe joint when external force of specified value or more is applied in a swinging direction and an expanding direction. SOLUTION: This swing joint stopper for swing pipe joint bodies 17, 17a swingingly fitted to the outer peripheries of joint pipes 21, 21a, is so constituted that a joint pipe locking member 3 is locked to the joint pipes 21, 21a, that a swing pipe joint body locking member 2 is locked to the swing pipe joint bodies 17, 17a and that both locking members 3, 2 are released from locking when external force of specified value or more is applied thereto.</p> |
