<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output an arbitrary value to an external bus when a microprocessor is gaining internal access in a test mode. SOLUTION: In the test mode, a selector control part 19 controls a selector 18 according to the access destination of the microprocessor 11. When the microprocessor 11 accesses an external bus 2, data from the microprocessor 11 are outputted to the external bus 2 through a BIU 13, the selector 18, a selector 15, and an input/output part 16. When the microprocessor 11 accesses an internal resource 12, test data stored in a register 17 are outputted to the external bus 2 through the selectors 18 and 15 and input/output part 16.</p> |
