PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photographed image whose quality is excellent without having a camera shake even at the time of low luminance and in the middle of exposing an object by executing the highly accurate detection of the camera shake even though it is a small-sized and inexpensive camera. SOLUTION: This camera possesses a projecting means to project infrared rays to a material to be measured, a light-receiving means to receive the reflected light of the infrared rays projected and an arithmetic means (#207) to detect a camera-shake state during exposure by calculating an output from the light-receiving means.
