PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a battery terminal onto a wiring board with other electronic components by soldering. SOLUTION: A first part 11 of a battery terminal 1 is inserted for positioning, so that the first part 11 passes through a hole 23 of a wiring board 2, and at the same time, a second part 12 of the battery terminal 1 comes into contact with one main surface 21. After that, the first part 11 projecting from the wiring board 2 is soldered to the wiring board 2 for fixing. The wiring board 2 is mounted to a lower case 3, so that a third part 13 of the battery terminal 1 is positioned along the side of a terminal guide 31 of the lower case 3, and a fourth part 14 of the battery terminal 1 is estranged from the upper surface of the terminal guide 31. Then, by a projection part 41 of an upper case 4, the battery terminal 1 is pressed, so that the forth part 14 comes into contact with the upper surface of the terminal guide 31, and a fifth part 15 corresponds to the prescribed position of the lower case 3.
