PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need to set a drive motor or manner mode in the case of moving by car or train. SOLUTION: A position detection part 4 is connected to a control circuit 2 and inputs current position data according to the positioning radio wave signal from a GPS satellite. The control circuit 2 finds a moving speed, by calculating a movement quantity from past position data and decides whether the found speed is faster than a moving state deciding speed. The mode is switched and set to a drive mode at the time of movement at 30 km/h or faster and to the manner mode on a railroad track. Its resetting is decided automatically, and the mode is switched and set to the normal mode. Thus, troubles of operation is eliminated, and safety is improved and prevent annoyance to the surrounding.
