PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exhaust a sealing gas, efficiently at a high exhausting speed, in a differential-type electricity mobility classifying device in order to operate the classifying device at a pressure lower than the atmospheric pressure. SOLUTION: This differential-type electricity mobility classifying device has dimensions reduced by changing the shape of the device from a double cylinder type to a rectangular type for improvement. This enables the sealing gas in this device to be exhausted efficiently at a high exhausting speed.
