PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To call a decentralized object direct from a page of HTML in a Web browser. SOLUTION: To determine a relay object 6 to mount a protocol for calling the decentralized object 13 requested by the Web browser 12 on a relay object selecting means 2 when a decentralized object call decision means 1 decides that a request from a Web browser 12 on a client 9 is to call a decentralized object 13 on an AP server 10, directory information on the relay object 6 is obtained from an object information management table 8 and the relay object call means 3 is initialized according to the information obtained by the relay selecting means 2 to pass the control to the decentralized object 13 by actuating the relay object 6 and then the decentralized object 13 is actuated.
